We officially begin our journey on October 1st, when you’ll receive a gentle seasonal preparation pdf and our Monthly Practices. You’ll receive dates for October’s Zoom sessions a several days prior.

You also have free access to the weekly Sunday online somatic experiencing & meditation sessions The Light Gets In at 10am PT for 90 minutes. You’ll start receiving the links to join that on the Saturday before each session. These are not recorded.
